Dr. Arthur Douville

Dr. Arthur W. Douville, Jr. is a practicing neurologist and physician executive who serves as author and clinical reviewer in the Taylor & Francis book series from which TTIC grew, and stands as the clinical voice of the consortium and a champion of patients and their families. He is also Chief Medical Officer of Medigram, where his work grounds governance in the operational realities of clinical care.

His career has included chief medical officer roles in two health systems, clinical integration, patient safety and quality, governance compliance, physician relations, technology adoption, and clinical program development. At TTIC, that experience connects standards and governance requirements to the workflows in which physicians actually make decisions.

TTIC is a synthesis of two threads: the Taylor & Francis book series, from which the consortium grew and which is cited in the IEEE/UL 2933 materials, and the IEEE/UL 2933 working group, out of which its formal body constituted.
